Issue Tracker uses several icons throughout the application, generally appearing in the Function column of the various Admin screens. They are explained below to help you use them effectively.
Allows the user to access the Configure List Fields screen
Users can click to edit an item such as a contact, account, etc.
Use these to re-order various fields
Users can delete an item whenever this icon is shown
Allows the users to view the details of contacts, accounts, opportunities, etc.
Allows user to reset a filter field
Users can run all the rules by clicking this icon
Access a calendar for inputting dates
Allows the user to preview certain items, such as campaigns
Allows the user to search contacts
Cancel or exit
Allows user to copy or clone a contact
Allows user to save a contact or data
