Extranet offers its users many features and benefits, including:


15.2.1. Managing Extranet Users

Extranet users can be added in various ways:

  1. Click CRM > Contacts.

  2. Click on the Contact details icon of a Contact.

  3. On the Contact summary screen, below the Call List you will see the Extranet.

  1. Click Enable.

  1. When you click enable, you can set a password manually or let the system automatically create a password. Select the appropriate option and click Save.
