12.3. Administration of Documents

12.3.1. Application Documents

Documents can be attached to applications such as Bulletin Board, Timesheet, Expenses, Calendar, etc. These are managed by OfficeClip's Document Management, but do not appear in the document management folder structure. However, application documents can be managed from a central location.

  1. Click Admin on the main Document screen. Click Application Documents.

  2. The documents associated with each application appear under each application name. If no documents are listed, users have not attached documents in other applications, such as Contact Manager.

  3. To remove a document, select the checkbox next to the document name and click the Remove button.

  4. Click Cancel to return to the main Documents view screen.
