Administrators can further manage their organizations' documents by clickingon the button bar within .
Documents can be attached to applications such as Bulletin Board, Timesheet, Expenses, Calendar, etc. These are managed by OfficeClip's Document Management, but do not appear in the document management folder structure. However, application documents can be managed from a central location.
Clickon the main Document screen. Click .
The documents associated with each application appear under each application name. If no documents are listed, users have not attached documents in other applications, such as Contact Manager.
To remove a document, select the checkbox next to the document name and click thebutton.
Clickto return to the main Documents view screen.
