11.4.7. Customize Screen

The order of the contact fields can be adjusted to match the user's preference.

  1. Click CRM > Contacts > Admin > Customize Screen.

  1. The screen that appears allows you to position the contact fields with the left and right arrows. Category headings (Personal, Address, Other, and Additional Information) may be repositioned. You can change the headings by clicking on the Edit button.

  2. You can also reposition Category attributes (Last Name, City, Contact Source, etc.). Click on the items inside the column and click the up and down buttons to reposition.

  3. You can shift certain items to Hidden Fields if you do not wish to display those items.

  4. Click Save to save your modified positioning or Cancel to exit without saving.
