7.2.2. Add an Announcement

Customized announcements can be created by specifying the date and time of the announcement.

  1. Click Desktop > Announcements > New Announcement.

    The screen appears with the announcement creation template.

  1. Give a suitable title to the announcement in the Title field.

  2. Type the announcement in the Announcement box and format it using the options provided in the tool bar.

  3. The user can use either the Design view or the HTML view while writing the announcement.

  4. Select an Expiration option. The user can choose to close the announcement manually or automate it by setting the date and time.

  5. Select the Notify Announcement creation to all users box to notify all the users by email.

  6. Click Save to send the announcement or Cancel to exit.
