This feature allows accounts to be imported into the OfficeClip Accounts from a CSV file.

Click thelink to import a CSV file.
In the next screen, click. Select the file from the desired location and then click or click to exit.
Select the fields in the imported CSV file that will be mapped to the OfficeClip fields. This ensures that fields in the CSV file are correctly matched to the OfficeClip fields.
Click. The account import results will be displayed on the next screen.
While importing accounts using CSV file, you can also specify what actions to take if the file being imported has an account that is already present in OfficeClip. The valid actions are Skip, Merge and Delete.
The Export feature allows accounts (or filtered accounts) to be exported into the comma-separated values (CSV) format.

To export accounts in CSV format, click the link. Select the appropriate tab.
Export all accounts or export filtered accounts.
Select which fields from the OfficeClip database you want to have in the CSV file. You can move them up and down with the icons. These fields will appear as the first row in the CSV file after being exported.
Clickwhen finished mapping or click to exit without taking any action. Depending on your browser settings, you can either see the excel worksheet on your screen or you will be presented with an or pop-up dialog box.
